Lace up for Kids is a fundraiser, founded by Primary Aim nearly 14 years ago. The program was in response to research which showed that many children would go to school with worn and battered shoes. The Lace Up for Kids campaign is a program whereby new sneakers are solicited and dropped off at Wendy's restaurants. The program begins midsummer and ends just prior to the beginning of school. The shoes are then distributed to the children who need them and qualify through a screening done in conjunction with the United Way. Nearly 1,000 children a year receive a new pair of sneakers. Primary Aim participates in many different school incentive programs throughout the school year. Some examples include Awards Programs for Perfect Attendance, All A's, Most Improved, and Good Behavior, just to name a few. Primary Aim is also a strong supporter of The Ohio Valley Athletic Conference encompassing many high schools in the states of Ohio and West Virginia.

Along with support of schools, Primary Aim supports Foundation scholarships at several colleges including Zane State College in Zanesville, Ohio and West Virginia University in Morgantown West Virginia.
